Mat. Sound. Sip. Summer Solstice Celebration.

Join us for an evening of movement, mindfulness, and community to celebrate the energy of the summer solstice.

We’ll begin with a 45-minute Mat Pilates class led by Holly designed to ground your energy and ignite your power, followed by a 30-minute sound bath led by to reset your nervous system and soak in the season’s light. After class, we’ll head next door to Elixir for nourishing bites and refreshing mocktails as we celebrate the longest day of the year together.
