You’ll explore how slowing down becomes an act of self-compassion, how boundaries are love in motion, and how peace can arise without striving or answers. In the space between breaths is where we learn there is safety in the slow, grace in the grey, where edges soften and compassion pulls us forward into our becoming.

What to Expect:
A gentle-paced, restorative class featuring slow rhythmic breathing, grounding practices, and body-based reflection prompts. Expect to leave feeling lighter, more regulated, and safe in the stillness of your own body.
Join Morgan Hallenbeck, a Somatic Breathwork facilitator for an amazing experience of somatic breathing. It’s time you discover the healing power that’s already within you. Learn breath techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, conquer limiting beliefs, release stories that no longer serve you, process trauma, gain emotional clarity, reconnect with yourself, deepen your spirituality, and so much more. This session is typically done lying down on your mat. Feel free to bring a pen/journal and wear layered clothing for warmth. Blankets and bolsters will be provided for your comfort.
