Restore & Sip - Restorative Yoga & Hot Cocoa

Take a deep breath and let the busyness of the holiday season slow down for a little while. Join us for a relaxing and inviting practice of restorative yoga with loads of props for your comfort. This practice is designed to melt away tension and leave you feeling grounded, peaceful and refreshed. It is done lying down or seated with wonderful long held poses that you can really lean into. It’s a special time for self care and nurturing of your physical and mental body. This class is for all levels.

Afterwards stay for a cup of creamy hot cocoa – made just how you like it! Choose from delicious flavorings like peppermint, salted caramel and hazelnut and top it off with a swirl of real whipped cream. It’s the perfect way to end a relaxing evening together.
