Meet local Author JJ Carlson as she joins us for a spiritual talk around her book My Humminbird: a story of how she found hope through the loss of her mother. Learn why Hummingbirds are meaningful to both JJ and Feldman’s Books on Wednesday, June 25th from 6-7PM. The event is free and will include a talk by the author, followed by an opportunity to connect with JJ over some casual live music.
More about the Author: JJ Carlson is an emerging author based in Portola Valley, California, where she lives with her husband. A former track and field and cross-country athlete at Oregon State University, JJ earned undergraduate and master’s degrees in communication and sociology. When she's not writing, she enjoys trail runs and actively participates in her local parish. JJ's writing is influenced by her strong connection to her faith.
