Full Moon Release Ceremony + Sound Bath

The full moon is a potent time to turn inward, heal, forgive, let go of the past, and express gratitude. It helps us release negative thoughts, old habits, and limiting beliefs and empowers us to connect with our true selves. As the sun sits directly opposite the moon, it reminds us to seek balance in our lives. By tuning into the moon's phases, we can align with the natural rhythms of the universe. No prior experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome to join.

During this event, you will:

- Discover the astrology sign the moon is in and how to harness its energy for your benefit

- Practice Moon Salutations to create space in your body

- Learn Pranayama (breathing techniques) to calm your mind

- Chant to connect with positive and divine energies

- Reflect on what you need to let go of and what you are grateful for

- Experience a guided meditation to center yourself

- Sound Healing to enhance the experience

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a yoga mat and a journal or notebook.
