ABOUT THE CLUB:
We are excited to start a club dedicated to the slower side of life. The first rule of WRITE CLUB, well, it's not what you'd think. Ya just need to show up with your stationery and someone in mind that you'd like to write a letter to. Perhaps a friend just moved, and you wanna celebrate their new address with a fresh letter in their mailbox. Maybe your aunt's birthday is around the corner, and she'd love a handwritten birthday card. Maybe you'd like to write your future self a letter of hope and well wishes. Whatever you've been dying to find the time to write, come do so at novel.
We hope to host WRITE CLUB several times a year (gotta keep it vague while we gauge customer interest) like our book clubs. You can come every time or any time that fits your schedule. We invite you to bring stationery that you would like to put on the Swap Table. And we are partnering with other indie bookstores to pair up bookish folks to be pen pals as well! This is just the beginning of WRITE CLUB. Who knows where the postal service can take us!
