Workshop for anyone 13 years old and up. Expect to learn techniques on how to handle a verbal confrontation. How to use tool to calm others and to calm yourself. The workshop will have scenaros that those attending can participate in to help practice the skills they will learn. I would recommend bringing teens and young adults to this workshop! Anyone that works with the public can benefit from this class.
