This New Moon Sound Bath is an invitation into deep rest, receptivity, and rebirth. A space to clear old energetic residue, soften the nervous system, and plant inner seeds for what’s next.
Through gentle breathwork, guided meditation, and immersive soundscapes, we’ll harmonize with the moon’s reset rhythm. Crystal bowls, elemental tones, and subtle frequencies will create a field for:

New Moons are dark for a reason—meant not for action, but for listening, dreaming, and becoming.
