Join the Movement: Help Build a Stronger Regional Workforce Ecosystem

Calling All Workforce Leaders!

We’re launching the Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) Academy in Memphis — powered by a grant from Coca-Cola through the U.S. Chamber Foundation!

Join us on August 7 for a special Champions Workshop, where we’ll share how this nationally recognized training program helps employers build stronger, smarter talent pipelines — from within their own organizations and the communities around them.

We're looking for HR professionals, hiring managers, and those focused on employee development or workforce partnerships to join this session and help identify candidates for the full TPM training.

Only 30 participants will be selected for the cohort, with scholarships available thanks to Coca-Cola. Help us recruit the right people to shape the future of Memphis' workforce!
