"How Stella Got Her BRUNCH Back" is a four part cooking class series celebrating Carribean-Southern Fusion cuisine with hands cooking, soulful dishes, and golden hour energy. Come get your groove back, one bite at a time.

What to Expect:

• Welcome Drinks: Kick off the night with our refreshing "Stella's Island Punch". A golden hour cocktail with big island energy.

• Hands-On Cooking Class: Get ready to roll up your sleeves! You'll learn to make Jerk Salmon Rasta Pasta from scratch, guided by Chef Bean. It's all about having fun while cooking up this brunch favorite. Even the PASTA is made from scratch.

• Chef Demonstration: Chef Bean will show you how to make tasty Banana Fosters. You'll get to see the process up close and personal and learn some tips along the way. Yes! You get to enjoy it too!

• Plating Tips: After cooking, we'll share some simple plating techniques so you can present your pasta like a certified Chef. It's all about making your dish look as good as it tastes!

• Enjoy our Meal: As the sun sets, dig ino your homemade meal and enjoy the relaxed vibe of the evening. It's a perfect time to chat with friends and savor your delicious creation.
