About the Theme "Growing Beyond"
All of us have experienced being stuck, disconnected, lost or without purpose. A time of spinning our wheels without moving, strolling the store aisle or scrolling our screens looking for connection, a message or nudge. Then sometimes we come across a friendly face. See a light in the window. Notice the clouds parting. Receive a kind gift, powerful wisdom or brutal honesty and we feel ourselves relieved, embraced, home, alive anew.
Come gather with us as a few brave souls share their stories of growth. Confirmed story tellers include:
Apostle Sharyn Cosby - Has dedicated over twenty-six years to founding and nurturing In The Spirit Ministries in Tulsa, OK, where she has fostered a mission centered on community support and spiritual growth.
Rev. Bill Spangler-Dunning - Is the Regional Minister for the Christian Church in Virginia and offers collaborative, creative and intentional ministry opportunities in Virginia and beyond.
Rev. Pedro Ramos-Goycolea - Serves as Pastor of Comunidad Limen Christian Church, a vibrant Latinx community in Tucson, Arizona and leads the Caminantes immersion program.
Music by The Radiant Hours- Mark & Luke Ehrhardt and Brian Nixon Three Iowa based pastors in the Christian Church (DOC)
who love creation and hiking, and church camp, and making music together, and laughing a lot, and building community, and relaying the stories worth telling, and trying to find the sacred in the ordinary.
Grace and Peace,
Scott
