Creative Aging Concert Series: Songs from A Bronx Tale

Creative Aging welcomes Playhouse on the Square back to the Concert Series by bringing song selections from Playhouse’s production of A Bronx Tale to Theatre Memphis. Get a taste of this great production and step into the streets of 1960s Bronx with this musical adaptation of a beloved play and film. The story journeys alongside a young man torn between his admiration for his father and the allure of becoming a mob boss. Crafted by Academy Award nominee Chazz Palminteri, music by Alan Menken, and lyrics by Grammy Award winner Glenn Slater, A Bronx Tale delves into themes of respect, loyalty, and the unbreakable bonds of family.
