About the event

Boot Camp Fitness

Connect Crew will be hosting a fitness boot camp every first Saturday at Tom Lee Park, which will occur on the basketball court area! Although this is a fitness boot camp, you will be encouraged to go at a pace that is comfortable for you. Participants will have to sign a waiver before participating in the fitness program, and a certified fitness instructor will be present.
