Join Tara Henderson of Grounded Nature for a down-to-earth session on using plants as medicine, with a touch on mushroom allies as well. This talk explores practical ways to integrate plant-based healing into everyday life and deepen your connection to the natural world.

🌿 Please Note: Our nature walks at Overton Park are observational only. Overton Park is a protected old-growth forest, and foraging or collecting any foliage or fungi is strictly prohibited. 🍄✨
