In a friendly, judgement and pressure free community we unite to give back and put some good into the world. BOOSTfit aim is for all clients to feel comfortable and welcome at classes, no matter their size, shape, fitness level or experience. BOOSTfit is all about freeing your mind of the stresses of the day and enjoying the music.

BOOSTfit has been uniquely designed, stripping away all fitness training stigma, and injecting instead - Dance, Fitness, Fun, Mind, Body, Soul and Inclusivity for all.
