Tidal Wave (at 75 Reid St until June 17)

For these Tuesday’s – May 27 & June 3, 10 & 17 Tidal Wave will be at 75 Reid Street from 7:30-9:30pm.

Moving Essence weekly classes have been affected by an inconsistent, constantly changing timetable of renovations, so we will update when we know the return date to at our regular home St Brigids Hall.

This class is Melbourne’s longest running weekly 5Rhythms class. A dynamic class offering a Warm up, welcome and teaching theme followed by a longer, deeper guided 5Rhythms Wave.

Both beginners and experienced dancers are welcome.

Doors open at 7:30pm with arrival music: Class runs until 9:30pm.
