Cooking Camp: Baby Led Weaning Workshop

This crash course is your fast-track introduction to BLW! In just a short session, we’ll cover the essentials: when to begin, how to offer safe first foods, choking vs. gagging, and tips for building healthy eating habits from day one.

I will be offering baby snack stations with appropriately modified foods for little ones.

Also most likely bringing my 10 month old as a demonstration baby!
