Cooking Camp with Zero Altitude Wellness!

Join us for a hands-on, nutrition-focused session designed especially for littles! We will explore colorful fruits, build early food skills, and learn how to create balanced snacks together — all while making our own delicious fruit pizzas!

Led by Zero Altitude Wellness registered dietitians, this session will highlight:
• How to encourage adventurous eating from a young age
• Easy ways to introduce healthy food through play
• Toddler-friendly nutrition tips for busy families
• Fun fine motor activities like spreading, scooping, and decorating

Come ready to explore textures, colors, and flavors with your little one — and leave with tips to build lifelong healthy habits right at home!
