Perseid Party

You are invited to a rare after-dark event at Miller Woods! Normally, Miller Woods is closed after sunset… But this is a special opportunity to see Miller Woods at night, and hopefully see some meteors as well!

We will hear from volunteers with Dark Sky Oregon and the Carlton Observatory about the importance of dark skies and the science behind meteor showers. This is a family friendly nighttime event, and we hope to see you there!
