The Culinary Team
Jackie Mazzocato, founder of Fleurieu Food & Wine, curates and hosts the retreat. With a strong focus on flavour and a love of teaching, Jackie leads guests through the art of stretching mozzarella and crafting beautiful pastas to complement the weekend’s signature dishes.
Stephen Edwards, acclaimed chef and guest presenter, brings his experience and expertise to A Cut Above: The Perfect Steak & Sides. Guests will learn how to select, cook, and serve premium cuts with precision, working alongside Stephen in a relaxed, hands-on masterclass focused on fire, balance, and technique.
