This 1-hour CE course equips real estate professionals with the knowledge and confidence
to explain and structure buyer representation agreements, including how buyer agent
commissions are discussed, agreed upon, and properly entered into the sales contract.
Attendees will also learn how to clearly communicate commission structures to clients,
including scenarios where the buyer may cover the commission, the seller pays, or both
contribute.
The course emphasizes how to ensure agents are fairly compensated for the value they
provide, the time and effort invested, and the high level of service delivered — all while
staying compliant with TREC guidelines, contract law, and ethical practices.
