Community Art Class with BillieJo from Angel Dreams Studios

Recommended for ages 12+. Class begins with a brief art history lesson, followed by a presentation on the technique to be explored, and concludes with a hands-on project inspired by the lesson. All supplies are provided.

American Folk Artist: Minnie Jones Evans - Minnie Jones Evans’ art was inspired by her dreams and visions. Her artwork features bright colors and floral motifs. The symmetry of her art is reminiscent of Buddhist mandala paintings. Evans worked with crayons, pencil, ink, and oil paints.
