Matthews Holiday Ride Series - 4th of July Ride

Celebrate the 4th of July with the Matthews Cycling Club and the Matthews Holiday Ride Series 4th of July Ride. Routes include 30, 45, and 56-mile options. The 56-mile route has a store stop at the Polk Mountain Market. Post-ride gathering at the Matthews Social House.

8:00 AM start for all routes.

Cost: Free - No registration is required.

This is a SHOW & GO ride. All routes are best suited for Intermediate and Advanced level riders on a properly equipped and maintained bike. Riders should always carry emergency contact information and ID. Riders should be prepared to handle mechanical or other emergencies on their own. All riders should know the route or download the appropriate route file linked above. There are no official ride leaders for this ride.

Helmets are required. A parent or guardian must always accompany riders under the age of 18. Please practice safe group bike handling skills and obey all NC traffic laws. Use CAUTION at all intersections, railroad crossings, and on steep descents. There are NO road closures for this ride.
