Join us for a joyful and grounding 30-minute Goat Yoga session, where gentle movement meets unexpected smiles! Perfect for all levels and all bodies, this outdoor class combines beginner-friendly yoga with the playful presence of adorable goats who love to nuzzle, climb, and cuddle.
This lighthearted practice focuses on breath, gentle stretching, and stress relief, making it accessible whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi. The goats add spontaneous fun and connection to the moment—no pressure, just play.
Come as you are—no flexibility or experience required. Just bring a sense of humor, your yoga mat, and a love for animals.
Important note: Only bring a yoga mat you’re comfortable getting a little dirty or scratched—the goats are sweet, but they do have hooves and curious personalities! We will have some mats available for use, a beach towel works well too!
