Sound & Snuggles

Join Monica Munsion of Restorative Healing Haven LLC for a cozy sound bath for caregivers + kids
(Ages 6 months to 6 years)

Take a break from the chaos and connect with your little one in a gentle, family-friendly sound bath. We’ll use crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments in a relaxed, welcoming space where wiggles, snuggles, and sound exploration are encouraged.

✨ Perfect for young children and their grownups
✨ No need to sit still—movement and play are welcome

• Optional: maybe bring a small pillow, water bottle, or favorite comfort item
