Hi all! I am starting a brand new Dynamic Yoga class The Coach House Studios, Wirksworth starting April 17th.

This is Dynamic Vinyasa class, a powerful sequence designed to push your current practise, try out new poses and transitions and work up a sweat! My sequences are inspired by music so expect an uplifting and energising playlist to accompany each session with blissful moments to find calm and ground. Each week is a different sequence and playlist.
