Spirit of Pirtis
A 90 minute guided session where your Saunamaster and host, Kate, will introduce you to Pirtis - a Baltic/Finnish style treat for body and mind. Gentle leaf whisking techniques boost circulation, skin tone and lymph flow. Subtle salt pours introduce essential oils, whilst homemade body scrubs, face masks and an organic skin salve complete the deep cleansing process.
