We will start in the Art Speaks Gallery with a mojito and light appetizers, then proceed to the White Dog Bistro for an authentic Cuban dinner and dessert.
First Course: Salad (Dairy Free/Gluten Free)
Romaine, Tomato, Avocado, Red Onion, Radish, and Lime Vinaigrette.
Served with Grilled Cuban Flat Bread (not Gluten Free)
Second Course: Soup (DF/GF upon request)
Ajo Blanco con Langosta - Chilled White Gazpacho with Lobster Meat

Third Course: Entree Selection of One of the Following:
Meat Selection (GF/DF): Smoky Roast Pork Ropa Vieja
Fish Selection (GF/DF): Grilled Red Snapper with a Drizzle of a Garlicky Mango Guava Glaze
Vegan Selection (GF/DF): Fried Plantain with a Drizzle of a Garlicky Mango Guava Glaze
Fourth Course: Dessert
Cuban Flan with Cafecito (Espresso) Cream and Fresh Berries

Two highball glasses of the featured Cocktails are included with your dinner. Soda, coffee, iced tea, and water are also available with your dinner. Additional drinks are available at the bar at normal menu pricing.
Tickets are $125 for members, $135 for non-members. Members will receive discount code via email. Tickets must be purchased by June 11.
All online ticket purchases will include a 3.6% credit card processing fee. To avoid this fee, reserve your tickets over the phone and pay in-person with check or cash. Ticket purchase must be made by June 11.
