Join PoundfitwithMel for a special Pound Unplugged session — a unique blend of high intensity movements, rhythmic breathing, and mindfulness. This powerful class is designed to reset your body and mind while supporting an important cause.

Location: Rockland Academy of Martial Arts, 2374 Laurier Street, Rockland, Ontario K4K 1L6

All proceeds will be donated to the Terry Fox Foundation in Rockland to support cancer research.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once registration is complete.

No credits, transfers, or make-up classes will be offered for missed sessions.
