Let’s Rock for Cancer – Raising Funds for the Terry Fox Run & Cancer Research
This September, join us at the Rockland Academy of Martial Arts for a special Poundfit for Cancer event — where we rock out for a cause! We’re raising funds for the Terry Fox Run, supporting vital cancer research.
Come sweat it out with a 30-minute Pound Pro Rockout Workout, drumming, moving, and grooving to classic rock and blues hits, all while supporting an incredible cause.
Wear your best t-shirt to show your support — and bring your energy and your inner rockstar! This class is perfect for all fitness levels, combining easy-to-follow cardio, strength, and drumming movements using Ripstix.

✅ 30 minutes of high-energy Pound Pro to upbeat rock & blues music
✅ Rock out in honor of a family member, friend, neighbor, or anyone fighting cancer
✅ Fun prizes for best outfit, most spirit, and more — prizes will be announced at our tent located at the CR Market that day
✅ A vibrant, supportive community and plenty of smiles
