Blount County FREE Caring and Coping Workshop

Our FREE Caring & Coping Caregiver Workshops are designed by Alzheimer’s Tennessee to help the community better care for those with Alzheimer’s disease. Participants learn skills and strategies to cope with the challenges of caregiving for dementia.
Both family and professional caregivers will find ongoing support and knowledge about important medical and legal issues surrounding elder care. Caregivers will get a better understanding of dementia, how it progresses, and available treatments as well as care strategies proven to work for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
Participants can also expect tips to help caregivers take better care of themselves.
