Art of Smudging

Smudging is a deeply rooted spiritual practice that harnesses the power of sacred plants, especially sage, to cleanse energy and create a purified space. Traditionally used by Indigenous cultures and spiritual seekers worldwide, smudging involves burning dried herbs—such as white sage, cedar, or palo santo—while allowing the fragrant smoke to sweep through a room, around an object, or over the body to dispel negativity and invite clarity and renewal.
More than just a ritual, smudging is an intentional act of mindfulness, helping individuals reconnect with themselves and their surroundings. Whether performed before meditation, after a difficult day, or as part of a regular wellness practice, this art encourages inner balance and spiritual harmony.
Class Fee $20 includes a white sage or common sage bundle.
