The purpose of this is to bring (FREE!) expert Main Street consultants to share resources and expertise on building utilization, building rendering services, branding, and training on the Economic Vitality, Design, and Promotion Points of Main Street in downtown Marshall.

Marshall Main Street, in partnership with USDA and Missouri Main Street, is hosting a free, two-day workshop on June 16-17. During this workshop, professional architects will be developing complimentary architectural renderings focused on facade improvements for a select few properties.
Here's the key: we need to pick two or three properties before the workshop to be the focus of these design efforts. This is a unique chance to get professional design concepts for your building at no cost. We're looking for property owners who are not only enthusiastic about making improvements, but also have the capital and a strong commitment to actually do the work.
Our goal is to pick buildings where these facade enhancements will have the biggest positive impact on our district, creating a ripple effect of beauty and investment.
