Peer beyond the veil, the celestial barrier. Expose the cosmic machinery of our lives on this journey through the Astrological Houses.
True statement: the houses are just as important in astrology as the signs (dare I say, maybe even more)! As a matter of fact many of the most-important techniques in ancient astrology lineages involved understanding the planetary relationships between the houses. This class will be a Medicine of the Starry Heavens deep-dive into constellating the meaning of the houses through exploring and comparing several ancient and modern astrology traditions. As usual our studies will weave together an intimate community learning container, mind-bending lectures, a little mythopoetics & etymology along the way, lots of laughter, and plenty of real-life chart examples & analysis. We will also learn about the houses through a poignant & transformative understanding of the journey through the 12 houses in a relational and developmental context.

The foundational teachings of this program will include:
-A comprehensive & comparative cross-cultural study of the meaning of the houses in astrology (including Vedic, Hellenistic, Arabic, Jungian, & Evolutionary Astrology)
-Understanding the house rulership combinations, one of the most-important foundational techniques in ancient & predictive astrology traditions.
-An interpersonal & developmental lens that uses the houses to understand the roles and meanings of life’s relational web.

Once on Sanford Way, take a right around the barn, then take the second right up a hill (there will be signs at that intersection that say “wild abundance .1 miles to the left” and another sign that’s a green arrow pointing to the right.) Take that right and it’s the first house on the left.
