Hikes for Tykes: Nature Art

We will explore nature and create a mini nature book to spark a connection with nature. We’ll take a short walk through the Black Run Preserve to collect natural materials such as leaves, twigs, pinecones, and bark. Then, we’ll return to our log circle where each camper will use crayons, paint, stamps, stickers and other media to create a mini nature book to take home. This project provides a hands-on activity to introduce children to the natural world.

TIME: 9:30 am to 11:30 am (Meet at the welcome table at 9:00 am to check in.)

All hikers must be accompanied by an adult and pre-register for this free event on our website (follow the ticketing link) as space is limited.
