Movement + Meditation by the sea

Join us for a serene evening of gentle movement and guided meditation as the sun sets over the shore. Led by Christine, this grounding beachside experience begins with mindful movement to connect breath and body, followed by a peaceful seated meditation designed to calm the mind and open the heart.
As the light dances across the waves, allow yourself to slow down, release the day, and tap into the healing energy of nature. This session is perfect for all levels and anyone seeking a soulful reset under the painted summer sky.
Bring a towel or blanket, water, and anything that makes you feel cozy. Come as you are—and leave lighter, softer, and more in tune.
Cost: $30 for non-members / $25 for members (Members will see the discount automatically applied at checkout.)
📍 Location: Old Salt Park Beach, Palm Coast – parking and restrooms available on site.
