A 6 week Winter Wellness Yin Yoga series ☯️
23rd July - 3rd September (every Wednesday)
6:15pm - 7:30pm
$20 per class or $100 for full 6 week block (payment can be cash or bank transfer)

A gentle class that targets the bodies deep connective tissue relieving any tension or stress that is stored. Our day-to-day lives are often very "yang" - with a focus on doing over being and thinking over feeling. Practicing Yin Yoga is the antidote. Expect to hold poses for 3-5 mins allowing time to gradually soften the body and release.
All props provided. Spaces limited.
Can come to all or any of the classes as you feel.
Beginners welcome, no experience required.
