Throughout this retreat, you will participate in sling yoga session, water sports and soothing Soundbath on the boat to promote relaxation and inner peace.
Experience the thrill of water sports with our exclusive boat-pulled floats! Feel the excitement as you glide across the waves, towed by our powerful, state-of-the-art boat. Water connects deeply with our soul, and engaging in water sports helps clear our minds, bringing us back to our heart center. And it’s lots of fun!
A highlight of our retreat is the Soundbath on boat known as the “Love Frequency.” Sound healing has numerous benefits, including stress and anxiety reduction, improved sleep quality, enhanced mental clarity, and balanced body energy. The frequency we use is to repair damaged DNA, open the heart and solar plexus, relieve stress and anxiety, and bring balance and harmony to the body while releasing hidden blockages and emotional pain.
We will conclude our day with a nourishing gluten-free vegan meal and a discussion on the importance of mindful eating and hydration. Our goal is for each attendee to leave feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and at peace, ready to explore our true self. And chance to explore beautiful Atlantic City and its surroundings.
The retreat will end around 7pm, allowing time for personal exploration and reflection.
