Value of Green Space

The ways in which we connect with nature vary, but the mind and body benefits are similar for everyone. Through a thoughtful discussion, we will get the opportunity to share our experiences in nature and how we feel those connections impact our wellness. We will start with a hike to Philip’s Pond and gather under a shaded spot at the water’s edge for our discussion. Come ready to share your experiences and ready to hear others’ perspectives.

Cost: $6 BWNC members; $9 public.

More details: This program is designed for adults. Space is limited. Online pre-registration is required. Folding chairs for the discussion are permissable.
