Hey there!…Has “start meditating” been on your list for a while? Feel like you ‘can’t’ meditate but know it would really help your anxiety, peace, sleep and overall wellbeing? Now’s your chance! Come on over to our super low-key new meditation group. It’s going to be every Monday evening from 7-8 pm at Creative Spirit, 40 South St in Marblehead starting tomorrow Feb 3!.
