Fall Release Day Retreat

Join Shelly and Leigh for an opportunity to unplug and redirect your energy inward—claiming this precious time just for you. This is an intimate retreat limited to six people, allowing for a deeper connection and more individual attention.

We will begin with a nourishing yoga practice combining breath work, gentle movement and restorative postures.

Before spending time engaging in mindful activities with the horses Jack and Luke, we will take some time in nature or in the presence of horses to review life so far. Feeling into what could shift and then allowing something new in to enhance our life and well-being.

This will lead us into spending time with Jack and Luke. We will individually connect with one of the horses to help get us out of our head and more into our heart. This will assist us to deepen our intuition, becoming more self-aware and re-connect with ourselves at a higher level.

We will end with an immersive sound healing journey layering soundscapes, instruments and vocals to allow space to digest and integrate the day’s events.
