Fees includes:
• 3 nights shared accommodations in heated cabins; 4 - 6 person per cabin bedding and toiletries NOT included. There is limited availability for the wheelchair accessible cabin.
• Your own 6' table in well-lit Town Hall; doors open 24/7; bring your own craft supplies and projects.
• 9 meals (dinner on Friday; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday; and breakfast and lunch on Monday), Meal times are set and not flexible. 24 hr coffee/tea/hot chocolate in townhall, snacks offered around 8 pm. Nuts are NOT permitted in the cabins or in the dinning hall. Bing your own snacks and travel mug/water bottle for the craft room aka Townhall. You are welcome to bring your own small cooler. Please contact Tammy if you need to discuss your dietary needs.
• Various games with prizes, a 50/50 draw, gift basket raffle, pillow gifts, and a hand-made card contest.
• PJ Party on Saturday (prizes for 1 individual person with best theme, 1 individual person with coziest PJ’s, and a prize for the best group (6 person per group max) theme.
• White Elephant Gift Exchange (Min. $25 value - must be wrapped and yes you can gift alcohol just can't drink during the retreat.
• Pillow gifts left every morning on each participant’s table.
• Wifi will be given to those who are electronic scrapbooking only. Please download what you need prior to attending.
• Must be 19 years or older to attend this retreat as insurance only covers 19 years and older
