Gather your besties and let’s get moving! Join us on the gorgeous seventh floor patio at the Profinium Building for a 30 minute sculpt class using light weights and resistance bands to tone and energize our bodies. Space is limited - message page or email to register🩷

Yin Yoga + Sound Bath Session will follow at 6:30pm for an additional fee. Come to both or either session!
