Ribs & Rides 2025

The Competition Heats Up! Get ready to fire up your smokers and bring your best BBQ game to the 2nd annual Ribs & Rides competition July 12th hosted by Unique Classic Cars. As usual this will be hosted during our car show so you'll get the best of both worlds! Teams compete for trophies and cash payouts which are as follows:

1st Place -$1000
2nd Place -$750
3rd Place - $500
People's Choice = bragging rights

People's Choice portion of the event benefiting our United Way Mankato. If you are a guest the ribs will be ready to feast on at 1:15pm after teams turn in their ribs for judging. Tickets are $15 for 5 samples so you can taste the BBQ goodness, then vote for your favorite! You must have tickets to participate in rib sampling.
