About the event

Rhythm Circle

Join us for some meditative drumming!! w/ OCHO

When: June 18th
Time: 7pm
Where: HIC Great Room

Co-create rhythms using hand drums, shakers, and other percussion instruments. Bring your own drum, or use some of ours. We will be improvising, as well as following some simple instructions. We will pay particular attention to listening and complementing what others are playing, cultivating non-verbal communication in a meditative atmosphere. A degree of verbal communication is also encouraged. All are welcome. No experience necessary. Contact Ocho with questions
