9:30 – 9:45 AM | Workout Check-In

Arrive early, meet the crew, and get ready to move.

10:00 – 10:45 AM | Group Outdoor Workout

Kick things off with a full-body, high-energy outdoor workout designed to wake up your system, push your limits, and create team camaraderie. All fitness levels welcome — we move as one.

10:30 – 10:45 AM | Event Sign-In Opens

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Guided Breathwork + Connection

Drop into presence with a powerful breathwork session led by Devin. Let go of stress, activate inner peace, and deepen your relationship with yourself and others through guided practices and intentional conversation.

12:00 – 1:00 PM | Community Cold Plunge

Reset your nervous system, boost your energy, and bond with others as you step into the ice. This shared challenge builds mental strength and emotional clarity — and it’s one of the most memorable parts of the day.

1:00 – 2:00 PM | Beach Olympics

End the day with play. Compete in fun, team-based mini games that bring out your inner kid — laughter, movement, and a little friendly competition guaranteed.
