Join us for National Employee Health & Fitness Day. There are many ways to participate, including going to the Wellness Center at HFM Harbor Town Campus, the Manitowoc-Two Rivers YMCA, the Lighthouse Walk, and Woodland Dunes Nature Center for their free offerings throughout Wednesday, May 21st.
You can also workout in your own way, or with your organization, to win some great prizes!
Chamber businesses can enter the Challenge for a chance to win a plaque.
Individual participants can be entered for the following prizes:
Jersey autographed by Packers' Jordan Love with Certificate of Authenticity for one winner (donated by Bellin Health)
4-pack of full-event spectator passes to the United States Women’s Disc Golf Championship June 19th–22nd at Silver Creek Disc Golf Course in Manitowoc, WI to one winner. (Donated by Lakeshore Ladies Disc Golf Corporation)
1-Month Membership to the Wellness Center, HFM Harbor TownCampus for two winners. (Donated by the HFM Wellness Center)
1-Month Membership to the Manitowoc-Two Rivers YMCA to two winners. (Donated by the YMCA)
Disc Golf Starter Pack to three winners, which includes a putter, midrange, driver, mini, towel, scorecard, a map of Silver Creek Park, and some basic rules of play. (Donated by Lakeshore Ladies Disc Golf Corporation)
To be entered to win, make sure your name is on your company's participant tracking form sheet, or a sign up sheet at one of the participating organizations, or share a photo of yourself doing a fitness activity with the hashtag: #rockyourwellnessmanitowoccounty on Facebook or tag The Chamber's Facebook Page @TheChamberofManitowocCounty.
