FREE YMCA Days for Seniors

Stay active, social, and healthy into your third act with us here at the YMCA! From Tuesday, May 27th to Saturday, May 31st, anyone 65+ years YOUNG are welcome to visit the Y for FREE. Join the Y that week and your join fee will be waived!

Special Events on Wednesday, May 28th for National Senior Health and Fitness Day:

--Get movin' and groovin' in a Rhythm Aerobics class hosted by Cheryl G. From 8:45-9:45 AM in Studio Y. Dress in your favorite patriotic fit for a raffle ticket and a chance to win a $10 gift certificate to Wrap it Up!

--Have fun and move to the music with our Silver Sneakers Classic class hosted by Cheryl G. From 10-10:45 AM in Studio Y! Move your body through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement.

--Join us for a Poker Walk around the upstairs walking track from 9-11 AM. Grab a card with every lap to complete your poker hand, then turn it in for a chance to win! The players with the top three poker hands submitted, along with the player with the WORST poker hand submitted, will be awarded $10 gift certificates to Wrap it Up!

Later in the week on Saturday, May 31st, join Elizabeth G. at 8 AM in Studio Y for a specialized Yin Yoga class!
