Join us in the opening of Texture & Form on August 1st from 5-8pm

Texture & Form in Handwoven Cloth Beverly Weaver, Dottie Weir, Jeanne Steiner, Susan Bowman Four accomplished artists demonstrate remarkable design, hand-weaving, and dyeing skills in Texture & Form in Handwoven Cloth. For a hand-weaver, texture and form arise from choice of fiber, weave structure, color, and surface design components. The merging of these elements results in a visual expression in the woven cloth that ranges from bold to meditative. Meticulous attention to techniques and materials results in modern expressions in an artform that is thousands of years old.
