What is Soulatis?
Soulatis is an original wellness and self empowerment
program which utilizes meditative stretches and
movements, unique coordination exercises, and the power
of your own voice to help you to gain energy, clarity, focus
and freedom—it is both a spiritual practice and a practical
realization of aligning oneself to the Light of Creation.
Through the exercises of Soulatis, you bring energy to all
the parts of your being, with simple, easy to do exercises.
For most of the exercises, only a minimum of physical
fitness is required, and all the exercises can be adapted to
your physical capabilities. It’s more about learning special
techniques to bring Creation’s Light energy your being, and
receiving the benefits of that Light.
Soulatis was developed by an international opera singer as a pre-performance preparation, and is a wonderful way to prepare for any performance type of event, such as singing, speaking, acting, making presentations, or sports events. You take the stress out, and walk outto your arena as your strongest truest self! But it also can be used for “every day” benefits—having more confidence in yourself, having much more energy for daily living, strengthening your own knowledge of what is best for you —perhaps even steering you onto your highest path. As you practice, you make contact with the Light of Truth, and this Truth can help set you free to know your own authentic self, while at the same time giving you the energy you need to live a better life!
The Philosophy of Soulatis: The principle of Soulatis is very simple. There is Light Energy which is in every original aspect of creation, from which all creation originates. Our job is to
go with that Light Energy instead of going against it. The entire practice of Soulatis is training every aspect of our beings — mind, body, heart and soul — to go with the Light.
